ITML had the chance to participate in ICT proposers’ Day 2019, which took place in Helsinki on September 19-20, 2019. In this framework, ITML raised awareness, promoted the achieved results and discussed future prospective coming from two EU funded H2020 projects, namely I-MECH (ECSEL-JU project) and C4IIoT. As a result, the ITML team acquired new cross-border contacts coming from various sectors (AI, IoT, big data analytics, robotics and automated manufacturing) that were highly interested about these projects.
Specifically, the event was a great opportunity to share, promote and discuss the research results, technologies and know-how of the mature project I-MECH with potential users and fellow researchers in the same field, companies, investors, other commercial players and policymakers, as well as to explore new target groups and strategies as part of the project’s exploitation plan.
Acting also as a unique networking platform, the event was a great opportunity to identify, meet, influence and engage stakeholders of the C4IIoT project, identify new target groups and potential customers, raise awareness about the C4IIoT concept, and evaluate the C4IIoT market context and the relevant business requirements and challenges.
