On May 27–28, 2025, ITML participated in the SecOPERA plenary meeting hosted by the Technical University of Crete in Chania, Greece. This two-day event gathered all project partners to review progress, coordinate platform integration, and sharpen the project’s post-project exploitation strategy.
On the first day, ITML presented a comprehensive overview of the work completed under WP6, covering technical integration efforts and innovation management. We showcased progress on the platform’s security orchestration capabilities and walked partners through key stages of the security lifecycle—from dependency decomposition to multi-layer testing and compliance reporting. In parallel, we provided an update on exploitation activities, including finalized market definition and value proposition canvases, and the KER characterization tables. We also outlined the next steps in developing the business model and long-term sustainability strategy.
On the second day, WP6 led a hands-on demonstration of the SecOPERA platform, allowing partners to validate interoperability across modules and test a representative use-case scenario. In parallel, ITML—together with the Horizon Booster (HRB2) team—coordinated a two-hour exploitation workshop focused on post-project use models, IP licensing approaches, and partner-specific exploitation intentions. The session fostered open discussion on how SecOPERA can be maintained, scaled, and deployed after the end of the project. This plenary meeting served as a crucial checkpoint for consolidating technical progress and refining the project’s exploitation roadmap.
