PROJECT MANAGER

Manage project based on the proposal’s provisions and within committed time plan
Ensure project is conducted in concert with EU project-specific procedures of the funded program
Develop operational work plans to achieve contracted milestones
Set all the critical aspects for successful project implementation
Cooperate will all partners to achieve expected results
Tracking project activities and deliverables against the plan
Organize and lead project conference calls and meetings, recording meeting minutes and ensuring timely completion of allocated tasks
Prepare and deliver project progress reports to the Managing Authorities
Review and control project deliverables based on quality objectives/standards
