What Do You Need to Have Before “Registering”

  • Full details of delegates you want to register (name, title, company, address, telephone, and email)
  • Important: Travel arrangements and accommodation are the responsibility of delegates.

For students: Complete the application and get the acceptance code.

Changes of Participant:

Registered participants who are unable to attend the Edge AI Academy Summer School may nominate a substitute participant by notifying the conference organisers at: edge-ai_academy@edge-ai-tech.eu

Conference Cancellation Policy:

If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else to attend in their place.

Registrations cancelled more than 30 days before the event are eligible for an 80% refund of the registration fees paid.

Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event are no longer eligible for a refund.
