INT-ACT 4th Plenary and Interim Review Meeting at Aalto University

INT-ACT project

On June 25–26, 2025, ITML participated in the 4th plenary meeting of the INT-ACT project, hosted by Aalto University in Espoo, Finland. The two-day gathering brought together all project partners to review progress, coordinate upcoming activities, and align strategies for the second half of the project.

The first day included a joint session of the plenary and the official interim review with European Commission representatives. Partners presented achievements from the first reporting period, including advances in stakeholder engagement, digital demonstrators, and scientific dissemination. ITML led the presentation of Task 5.4, reporting on dissemination, communication, and exploitation activities, with a focus on the Horizon Results Booster support in identifying markets and shaping the value proposition of INT-ACT’s Key Exploitable Results.

ITML also contributed as leader of WP4, which focuses on co-creation, societal impact, and policy alignment. During the review, ITML highlighted the role of participatory methods and workshops in bridging intangible cultural heritage with emerging digital tools.

On the second day, the plenary continued with in-depth technical discussions on demonstrator development, upcoming deliverables, and cross-WP synergies. ITML provided updates on outreach actions, and next steps for exploitation planning, including training and consulting opportunities.

The meeting served as a valuable milestone to validate past achievements and refine coordination for the project’s final implementation phase.
