On the 4th and the 5th of June 2020, the ENSURESEC project consortium held its online Kick-off meeting. The objective of this first meeting was to develop a common understanding of the project objectives, tasks and expected results. Work in detail with task planning and coordination of task contributions with emphasis on priority tasks. Establish a common basis for the effective coordination of Project work and Partnership communication.
The ENSURESEC project is aiming to safeguard the Digital Single Market’s E-Commerce Ecosystem by combining an automatic, rigorous, distributed and open-source toolkit. The Consortium is coordinated by John Rodrigues – INOV (Portugal) and consists of 22 organizations from 14 countries. ENSURESEC partners are bringing in not only their technological expertise but also their entrepreneurial aspiration regarding their role in the European Digital Single Market. Within ENSURESEC, ITML leads the activities towards the identification of the e-commerce ecosystem specifications and technical requirements, the deployment of the ENSURESEC policy monitor providing continuous, run-time policy monitoring functionalities, as well as it will be responsible for the development of advanced visualisation analytics for threat detection. The project started in June 2020 and will last for 24 months.
