The 1st Review Meeting of the AI4DI project was held online on the 9th and 10th of July 2020. Despite the virtual nature of the event, brought up by COVID-19, 42 partners of AI4DI project joined this two-day virtual meeting enabling a successful meeting with the same agenda as scheduled originally. ITML was virtually and actively present, describing the current status and plans of technical activities. During the event, Ms E. Marini presented the work carried out in the first year period. Contributing to the automotive activities of the project, ITML is responsible for the development of a Material Planning Decision Support System (MPDSS) that operates in an automotive production site and aims to optimize its Inbound Logistics Process. Regarding the transportation activities, ITML is responsible for designing and developing a Traffic Information Flow (TIF) AI-based module that collects real time data from multiple sources integrating them quickly and easily to determine the expected traffic flow in the near future and generate valuable information for Mobility as a Service (MaaS) use case.
